With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan J. Mortimer of Rimersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 30, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kaetzel and Phyllis Kadel Kaetzel of Port Jervis, NY.; her brother Chuck; her sister-in-law Pam Kaetzel; her father-in-law Clair Mortimer; and her brother-in-law Wally Mortimer.
She is survived by: her husband Gene; her son Mark (Maggie) of Blairsville; her grandsons, Nick and Trent; her son Steve (Jodie) of Jeannette; her grandchildren, Nash and Colt; her daughter Megan (Nathan Hissem) of Latrobe; her grandchildren, Isaac and Olivia; her nieces, Jill Grenci and Jodie Lahovey; her nephew Jeff Kaetzel; her mother-in-law Bette Ann Mortimer; her aunt Sue Solida; and her friends, Deb Myers, Sharon Borovick, Roxie Randolph, Kathy Kline, Kathy Peters and Cindy Orvac. She is also survived by Her children and grandchildren were the love of her life.
