Duncan) Walter of Rimersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 11, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Duncan and Ruth Duncan (Melquist); her husband David Walter Jr.; and her great grandchild Aaron Barnhouse. She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Hutchings (David) of Eagle River and Diane Pause of Ypsilanti; her grandchildren, Kirby, Eryn Hutchings, Brandi Barnhouse, Lindsay and D. Russell Pause; her great grandchildren, Alexa, Rob, Samantha Pause, Kenny and Gregory Barnhouse; and her siblings, Judy Phelon of Farmington, CT. and Richard Duncan of Templeton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to Eccles-Lesher Library or Clarion Cancer Center.
