He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald and Alice; his brother Buster Culbertson; and his daughter Robin Renee Culbertson. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Culbertson; his children, Kevin Culbertson (Fran) of Rimersburg and Laurie Hughes (Steve) of Rimersburg; his grandchildren, Brenna Hergenroeder (Matt), Jamie Hughes (Jesse), Curtis Hughes, Steph Brown (Mark), Kacey Culbertson and Kirsten Campbell (Shane); his siblings, Richard "Rick" Culbertson (Vicki) of Rimersburg and Janet Charney of Butler; and his sister-in-law Kay Culbertson. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
