Willenpart of Rimersburg; his daughters, Christine Church (Mark Foreman) of Rochester, NY and Pamela Furner (Dave) of Rochester, NY; his stepdaughters, Melissa Kato (Wayne) of Midland, MI and Kelly Bauer (Rick) of Lucinda, PA; his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Zacherey Church; his stepgrandchildren, David, Matthew Tascarella and Elizabeth Bauer; his siblings, Cheryl Snyder (Paul) of Avon, NY, Michael Kozak (Susan) of Pittsburgh, PA, Patrick Kozak of Pittsburgh, PA and Eric Kozak of Pittsburgh, PA; and also Zoie.
