We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2023, at the age of 89, Minnie L. Cowell of Rimersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Madison Township, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeremiah Clarence and Nancy Arlene Bowser (Guntrum); her husband Herman A. Cowell; her son Dale L. Ramsey; her siblings, Clarence Bowser and Blanche Bowser; and her brother-in-law Hardee Drayer.
She is survived by: her pet Boomer; and her sisters, Joan Custer (Ronald) of Rimersburg and Jean Drayer of Sheakleyville, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
