He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Colwell and Vera Colwell (Hartman); his son Frank Colwell; and his brothers, Alan and Herman Colwell Per.
He is survived by: his close friend Leona Marie Wyant of Rimersburg; his children, Adon, Wayne Colwell and Paulette Troup; his grandson Todd Colwell; and his brother Arthur Colwell of Rimersburg.
