He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Nulph; his daughters, Shelly Nulph of Alabama and Melanie Brink of Rimersburg; his son-in-law Herbert Isbell; his granddaughter Jessica Brink (Andrew Shirey); his great grandchildren, Connor Shirey of East Brady and Corbin Shirey of East Brady; his siblings, Randie Nulph of Climax and Tana Davison of Mayport; his nephews, Brent Davison, Randie Nulph, Jr. and Dax Nulph; and his friend PennDot.
