He was predeceased by: his parents, William Peters and Alice Peters (Stockdill); and his sister Annice M. Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Henrietta J. Peters (Heeter). He is also survived by married on Sept. 12, 1969; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
