He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry M. Truax and Emma Truax (Robinson); and his daughter Melissa Truax. He is survived by: his children, Doug R. Truax (Heather) of Strattanville and Rhonda Truax of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Kalib Jordan, Jadyn Truax, Nyema Harris and Austin Truax; and his sister Sandra Burns (Paul) of Hadley.
