With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edna Patricia Mong of Rimersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Sligo, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 30, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick McKinney and Edna McKinney (Smith). She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey P. Mong (Lisa) of Hershey, David Mong (Kelly) of Russell and Debbie Shirey (Jeff) of Rimersburg; her grandchildren, Adam Mong, Marcus Mong (Faith), Mackenzie Yako, Derek Shirey (Kaitlin), Dylan Shirey (Amanda Trunzo) and Miranda Mong; her great grandchildren, Henley Mong, Avery Mong, Chloe Mong, Tristan Yako and Juliana Yako; her siblings, David McKinney (Michelle) of Parker, Dennis McKinney (Betty Jo) of Sligo, Janet Smith (Darrell) of Clarion and Sandra Rodgers of Cranberry Township; and her great-nieces, Malinda and Sabrina.
