He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hosey and Sylvia L. Carnahan Hosey; his wife Deborah J. Haggerty; and his siblings, Albert Samuel Hosey, Raymond Earl Hosey and Nancy L. Bobbert.
He is survived by: his children, Sylvia K. Hornberger of Rimersburg, Kathleen M. Smith of Knox and Donald E. Hosey, Jr. (Laurie) of Rimersburg. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
