She was predeceased by: her parents, James Earl and Patty Lou Johnston (Hornberger); her son Ryan Slee; and her brother Doug Johnston. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Hiles; her sons, Nathan Slee and Dillon Heasley; and her brothers, Jim Johnston of New Bethlehem, Jeff Johnston (Gwen) of Distant, Greg Johnston (Joyce Yeany) of Distant and Todd Johnston (Belinda) of Widnoon.
