He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mochar and Geraldine Mochar (Robinson); his daughter Missy Abbott; and his sisters, Roxanne McAdams (Tom) and Sharon Mitchell.
He is survived by: his close friend Sandy Abbott; his children, John Mochar (Lindsey) of McKeesport and Mary Davis of McKeesport; his grandchildren, Olivia, Jordan, Malik, Demeer, Della and Lexie; his brother Joseph Mochar (Karen) of Irwin; his pet Snow; and also Stumpy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A reception was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Joseph W. Nickels Funeral Home Inc. (404 Sewickley Ave, Herminie, PA 15637).
