She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Mautino and Elizabeth Margio Mautino; her husband Angelo Horvat; and her siblings, Joseph Mautino (Pino), Aldo Mautino and Jeannie Brock.
She is survived by: her sons, Barry Horvat (Marcy) of Rillton, Randy Horvat (Rose Ann) of Smicksburg, Terry Horvat (Terri) of North Huntingdon and Todd Horvat (Trisha) of Rillton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
