He was predeceased by: his parent Ellwood Parker; and his brother George Parker. He is survived by: his parent Grace Wagner Parker; his uncle Richard Wagner (Mary); his stepsister James Jarrell; his cousin Esther Walper; and also Jayann Jarrell. He is also survived by friends and neighbors, the Frank family, Cynthia, Bill, Andrew and Ashley, who will miss him and whom he considered to be family; stepbrother.
