He is survived by: his mother Anna Howell; his wife Jennifer; his daughters, Angela and Sophia; his stepchildren, Mallory, Ryan and Debbie; his siblings, Tom, Carol, Michael, Susan and Lisa; his grandchildren, Tyler and Chase; his father Thomas Howell Sr.; and his sisters, Anna and Barbara. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
