She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Paolo Mallamaci, Paul Mallamas, Evelyn Mallamas, Agostino Rao, Augustine Ross and Virginia Rao; her former husband Robert Thomas Dobson; her parents, Edward Seitz and Helen Seitz; her former spouse Susan Ryan; her children, Carla Welsh (Brian) of Springfield and William Seitz (Rebecca) of Glenolden; her stepdaughter Jeanette Jenkins (Tom) of Kirkwood; her grandchildren, Michael Welsh, Katelyn Welsh, Bodhi Seitz, Ryker Seitz, Scarlotte Seitz and Samuel Jenkins; her sister Evelyn Nelson (Olie) of New Jersey; her niece Vicki Orobono (Joe) of New Jersey; her husband Bill; and her niece Gina Nelson.
Donations can be made in her memory to The American Cancer Society, or to ACCT Philly, as Vicki had a special place in her heart for all animals, especially cats.
