He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Preston and Mary Preston; his wife Elizabeth Preston; and his children, Elizabeth Kaufman (Robert), Mary Dina (Richard), Deborah Preston, Jean McKinney (Wayne), Thomas Preston (Donna), John Preston (Mary) and Kathy Hagy (Paul). He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
