She is survived by: her husband Richard Lenz; her children, Tara Galaydick (Stephen), Gail Ferrigno, David Lenz and Melinda Grugan (Jim); and her grandchildren, Bradley Galaydick, Jennifer Ferrigno (Michael Horowitz), Jamie Ferrigno and Jimmy Grugan.
