He was predeceased by: his parent Andrew Bush; his wife Angeline E. Bush; his son Ralph J. Bush; and his siblings, Connie Follett, John Bush, Joseph Bush and Andrew Bush.
He is survived by: his parent Virginia Roccia Bush; his wife Angie; his daughter Donna A. DiCostanza (Frank); his daughter-in-law Theresa Bush; his brother-in-law Carl Enson (Barbara); and his grandchildren, Lisa Celona (Michael), Keith Bush and Nichole Sarris (John). He is also survived by five great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
