She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Scanlan and Dorothy Scanlan (Lowry); her husband William P. Friel; her son Adam; and her brother James Scanlan.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Peggy; her children, Billy, Kristin Harris (Mick), Michael (Maddie Crowley), Patrick (Deborah) and Rory (Christie); her grandchildren, Cory (Megan), Caroline, Blaise, Brayden, Nolan Ryan, Garrett, Liam, Payton Rose, Finnegan, Hadley, Greyson and Declan; her great grandchildren, Sophie and Ellie; her siblings, Marijean Hemmert (Mark), Judy Civera (Edward), Daniel Scanlan and Richard Scanlan (Bethann); and her siblings-in-law, Charles Friel (Peggy), Gena Scanlan and Eileen Scanlan.
