It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine (Nied) A. Kertis of Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 23, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William G. Nied and Rosalie Graham Nied; her son John M. Kertis; and her brother William G.. She is survived by: her daughter Janet B. McElroy; her brothers, Albert G. and John Nied; her husband Frank Kertis, Sr.; and her children, Frank, Jr. (Kim), William G. (Rose), Stephen M. (Danielle) and Joanna Kertis. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 a memorial service will be held at a later date.
