He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Benn and Mary Hrubek Benn; and his siblings, Michael Benn, Walter Benn and Olga Metro.
He is survived by: his siblings, Alice Krenitsky, Stephanie Babish and Bohden Benn; and his nieces, Marie Stevens and Barbara Ryan. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
