He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard T. Bullock Jr. and Mabel Bullock (Mosteller); his significant other Dixie L. Bullock; and his brother Willard T. Bullock III. He is survived by: his children, John H. Bullock Jr. (Tammy) and Lynn M. Bullock; his siblings, James Bullock and Mary Anne Bullock; and his grandchildren, Jeffry, Angelo, Mary, Gabby, Amanda Fusco, John III and Miranda Bullock. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.
