He was predeceased by: his wife Carol. He is survived by: his sons, James J. Dougherty (late Maryann), Joseph E. Dougherty (Diane Grubb) and Christopher Dougherty (Janine); his stepchildren, Chris (Karen) and Pat; and his sister Anna Greenwood of Florida. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
