She was predeceased by: her husband Lester "Bud" Alkins; her parents, George Rzasa and Julia Rzasa (Wdowik); and her siblings, Katherine (John Ulle), Chester "Buck" (Caroline), John, Walter "Whitey" (Mary), Joseph "Chick", Leon (Betty), Henry (Eleanor), Theodore "Teddy" (Jenny), Jane (Frannie Wiechecki), William "Bobo" (Teresa "Terry"), Frances "Frinkie" (Edward Ridgik), Edward (Lynda), Steven, Stanley and Frank.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy L. Alkins and Anne Marie Kelly (Daniel); her daughter-in-law Heidi; her son Lester F. Alkins, Jr.; her grandchildren, Katelyn, Alena, Becca, Travis, Krystal, Nicolle, Danyelle (Michael), Alysha and Emily; her great grandchildren, Lyla, Mikayla, Morgan, Maggie, Michael and Anthony; and her pet Pepper.
