He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Lentz, and Harry B. Lentz, Sr.; and his sister Kathleen Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Lentz; his children, David Lentz (Patti), Stephen Lentz (Lisa), Kristen Liberio (John) and Kathleen Clayton (Butch); and his grandchildren, Devin, Stephen Jr., Sean, Aidan, Jack, Emily, Bradley, Mackenzie and David. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and longtime friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to a charity of the donor's choice, In Memory of Bud.
