She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Erne and Lillian Erne; and her sister Carol Barbera. She is survived by: her children, Richard Wenerd, Jacklyn Wenerd (Tracy Jensen) and David Wenerd (Lisa); her grandchildren, Meagan, David Jr., Mallory, Adam Samuel, Hanna and Luke; and her great grandchildren, Leila and Jason Jr.. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.

Donations in her memory may be made to St Jude Children Research Hospital.
