He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frederick and Clara Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; and his daughters, Diane Weatherill, Janice Kintsche (Joseph) and Nancy Duffy (Daniel). He is also survived by his four grandchildren; his two great-grandchildren.
