He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rayer and Beatrice Rayer; and his siblings, Thomas W. Rayer, Sr., Michael J. Rayer, Sr. and Eva D'Alessandro.
He is survived by: his child Poppy; his wife Eileen Allen; his children, Edward D. Rayer (Claudia), Kathleen Curran and Timothy D. Rayer (Maria); his grandchildren, Amanda Meloney (TJ), Timothy Rayer (Alaina), Diana Rayer (Alex), Niko Rayer (Jeremiah) and Zachary Curran (Karen); and his great grandchildren, Madison, Payton, Teague and Cormac. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, a Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
