He is survived by: his parents, Judith Ann Dugan and Daniel M. Dugan (Jaclyn); his siblings, Ryan (Jessica Haney), Erin, Emmajean and Annaleigh Dugan; and his sister-in-law Jessica Pellegrino. He is also survived by four nieces, one nephew.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic funeral services will be private.
