He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Omlor Sr.; his wife Bette Ann Miller Omlor; and his son Charles E. Omlor III. He is survived by: his daughter Dena Omlor (Anthony Hoskins); his mother Grace Hutton Omlor; and his sisters, Alma Wray (Robert), Della Ostien (Paul), Lorrie Henry (Richard) and Debbie Johnston (Jerry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
