He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald O. Keener and Joann B. Witherow Keener; and his nephews, Alexander and Andrew Keener. He is survived by: his sister Shawn Keener (Kelly) of Ridgway; and his nephews, Randall and Charles Keener.
