He is survived by: his close friend Ketta Melzer of Ridgway; and his sons, John Walczak, Jr. (Kim) of Jamestown, NY and David Walczak of Jamestown, NY. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
