Jay F. Reed Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay F. Reed (Ridgway, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 24, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Reed and Viola Beck Reed; his brothers, Dale Reed and Francis Reed; his great grandchild Hunter Reed; and his niece Sherry Simon.
He is survived by: his daughter Renee Reed of Daguscahonda; his grandchildren, Kyle Reed (Berlin Tannehill), John Darnell, Shaina Darnell (Andrew Robuck) and Madison Steffan (Christian); his great grandchildren, Judea, Sophia, Jayce and Vincent; and his sisters, Joyce Simon of St. Marys and Connie Dunn of Kennedy, NY. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
