She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Snyder and Amanda Snyder (Carr); her husband Edwin L. Smith; and her siblings, Genevieve Durnell, Matilda Mowrey, Beverly Ebisch, Charles, George, Fred Snyder and John Staley.
She is survived by: her children, Cathleen M. VanAken of Queensbury, NY, Diane S. Zelechoski (Thomas) of Johnsonburg, PA, Nancy L. Florio (James) of DuBois, PA, Robert L. Smith (Mary Jo) of Franklin, PA and Ronald E. Smith of Ridgway; and her siblings, Mary Jane Reddecliff of North Carolina and Gary Murphy of South Carolina. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
