It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward MacDonald Sr. of Ridgway, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 22, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice F. MacDonald and Mary H. MacDonald (Keilocker); his former wife Phyllis MacDonald (Kicker); his granddaughter Tessa; and his siblings, Joseph, William, John, Neil MacDonald, Grace Gregory, Ruth Krizan, Helen Powell and Marianne Drathman.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn L. MacDonald of Ridgway; his children, Edward F. MacDonald, Jr. (Sarah) of Arlington, William J. MacDonald (Jenna) of Ridgway, Natalie L. Aiello (Mark) of Ridgway and Neil C. MacDonald (Rosaura) of Waldorf, MD; his grandchildren, Ava, Marcus, Kiptyn, Mia, Kinslee, Sophia and Maddox; his stepchildren, Dianne E. Hanson (Jeff) of Walkersville, MD and Adam E. Heindl (Denise) of St. Marys; his stepgrandchildren, Brooke and Hayden; and his siblings, James MacDonald of Ridgway, Margie Robinson of St. Marys and Ann Kennedy of Ridgway. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
