He was predeceased by: his mother Sally Hanes; and his grandparents, Sam and Dixie Mancuso. He is survived by: his father David Mancuso, Sr.; his stepmother Vonda Mancuso, Sr.; his children, Xaiver Ellis, Deziree Mancuso, Allisyn Mancuso and Madilyn Mancuso; his siblings, Shawn Mancuso, Melissa and Jennifer Mancuso; his grandson Lucas Taylor; and his nieces and nephews, Tiana, Chloe, Trevor, Landon and Carmine. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to his daughters to help defray the cost of funeral expenses.
