Jewett; his grandchildren, Jerry Bell (Jill) of Columbus, OH, Leslie Bell of Columbus, OH, Adam Jack (Michele) of Smethport and Shelley Jack of Bradford; and his great grandchildren, Lindsay Jack, Marissa Jack, Parker Jack, Caroline Hernandez, Nigel Bender Jack and Mateo Barboza Jack.
