He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Mary Kellerman Russell Sr.; and his sister Carol Maurer. He is survived by: his children, William Thomas Russell (Diane) and Jacqueline Ascani (David); his grandchildren, Brooke Russell, Madeline Russell, Celeena Caccavone (Brian), Samantha Tomala (Brandon Barkley) and Beau Lamberton; and his great grandchildren, Cameron Tregaskis, Lincoln Stine, Dean Caccavone and Kennedy Caccavone.
