She was predeceased by: her parents, Anselmo Formolo and Genoeffa Formolo (Demanicor). She is survived by: her siblings, Lendo, Secundo, Albert, Rudy Formolo, Mary Bradley and Lydia Platt; her daughters, Judith Ann Vale of Wilmigton, DE and Georgie L. Volosin (Easton); and her siblings, Priscilla Ryba, Genevieve Mumie and Neal Formolo.
