She is survived by: her children, Jesus, Church, Hellertown, Sr. and James J. Falatek (Kate Stackhouse) of Norristown; her brother George P. Straka (Mary) of Schnecksville; her grandchildren, Heidi, Sandee and Scott; and her great grandchildren, Jessica, Angelina, Avery, Ryan and Matthew.
