She was predeceased by: her husband Richard J. Collemacine; her parents, William Henry and Lillie Millie Hummel (Fidler); and her siblings, William, Richard, Edward, Dorothy, Amelia and Jackie.
She is survived by: her children, Jon J. Dilger of Quakertown, Richard D. Collemacine (Susan) of Quakertown, Gail Dilger and Cheryl Collemacine Sliwinski (Joseph) of Perkasie; her brother Leroy Hummel (Mary) of Hummelstown; and her grandchildren, Michelle, Autumn, Dana (Jeremy), Justin (Morgan), Richard (Jessica) and Jake. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
