He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Westgate and Ruth Westgate (Strong). He is survived by: his wife Mildred (Guennel); and his children, James (Linda), Joyce (Pete) and Carol (Kenneth). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren, with another great-grandchild.
