He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wingard and Trella M. Wingard (Lehman); his wife Charlotte E. Wingard (Sipe); his former wife Eva Wingard (McFeaters); his daughter Diane "Tootie" Allison; his siblings, Melvyn D., Robert D. and Hazel Moore; his son-in-law Alan O'Donnell; and his stepchildren, Roberta Rager and Richard McFeaters.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen E. O'Donnell; his stepsons, Donald McFeaters and Hal Rager; and his granddaughter Katie L. Allison. He is also survived by numerous step grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family suggests contributions be directed to Arbutus Park Manor, 207 Ottawa Street, Johnstown, PA 15904 or to a charity of one's choice in memory of Edwin.
