She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Malloy and Anna Malloy (Dimond); her husband Edward Kozuch; and her sisters, Beverly, Theresa and Frances.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen (Robert Stock), Constance (Mark Duray), Jane (William Poborski), Anna Kozuch, Edward Kozuch, David (Debra) and William (Ariane); her grandchildren, Hallie (Bill Jacobson), Adrienne (Keith Cochrane), Kevin Hoadley (Erin), Jennifer, Rebecca, Jackson, Avery and Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Emily, Olivia, Eva and Sophia.
