He was predeceased by: his father George Sr.; and his brother Dr. George R. Kleban. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Patty Klaus (Bill) of Cincinnati, OH, George Kleban (Patty) of Port Matilda, Richard Kleban (Debbie) of Atlanta, GA, Carolyn Fry (Scott) of State College and Thomas A. Kleban of Boalsburg. He is also survived by 11 great nieces and great nephews and by a new great-great nephew.
