She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Hetrick and Florence Wavrek Hetrick; her former husband William R. Peaco; and her husband Charles Rudolph. She is survived by: her daughter Beverly Tkacik (John); her stepchildren, June Kindel (Ray) and John Rudolph (Joyce); her grandchildren, Terry, Ed, Angie and Tony; and her stepgrandchildren, Chris, Cindy, Diane, Valerie, Jan and Curt. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, fifteen step-great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to one of Sarah's churches in her name.
