He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert H. Wagner and Edna I. Wagner (Hileman); and his siblings, Betty, Harry, Jack, Herman, Glenn, Donald, Charles and Delores Wagner.
He is survived by: his children, Brian, Greta, James, Kimberly, Edward, Robin, Ronnie Sue, Patrick, Tina and Tammy; and his brother Alvin Wagner. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
