With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Edwin Brown Sr. of Richland, Pennsylvania, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 30, 2023 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel H. Brown and Ada Brown (Wonder); his son Robert E. Jr.; and his sister Ruth Brown Korman. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Daryle Brown (Schalles); his children, Rebecca Mayes (James) and Richard Brown (Susan) of Houston, TX; his daughter-in-law Barbara Brown (Bedell) of Casa Grande, AZ; his grandchildren, Jason Brown (Erica), Timothy Mayes (Kristin), Megan Mayes, Austin and Benjamin Brown; and his great grandchildren, Andy, Sam Brown, Lucas, Carter Mayes, Ava, Abby and Charlie Marroquin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests contributions be directed to Arbutus Park Manor, 207 Ottawa Street, Johnstown, PA 15904 in memory of Robert.
